Thank you for supporting HIX Soaps & Co.. Every HIX product is handcrafted in small batches with careful attention to quality, detail, and craftsmanship.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during:

  • Product launches
  • Holidays
  • High-order volume periods
  • Markets and event weekends

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 7 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier timing.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or other available carriers, depending on package size and destination.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

HIX Soaps & Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

If additional assistance is needed, feel free to contact us.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because some products are sensitive to heat, exposure to high temperatures during transit may affect texture or appearance, especially during warmer months.

Minor texture changes caused by heat do not affect product performance or quality.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States.
