Return & Refund Policy

At HIX Soaps & Co., every product is handcrafted in small batches with careful attention to quality, detail, and craftsmanship. Due to the personal nature of our grooming and body products, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

To request assistance, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used soaps
  • Beard oils, balms, or butters
  • Candles that have been burned
  • Liquid soaps or personal care products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Scent & Handmade Variations

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur. Scent perception can also vary from person to person and is not considered a defect.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
